There might be cases in which you would like to return items you have purchased. Our No Questions Asked return and refund policy is designed to give you confidence and ease of returning items and getting refund.
You can return purchased items within 30 days of the purchase date and get a refund.
- Returned items should be in new condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Content cards must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
In order to return an item please send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and list the items you would like to return and the order ID of these items. The mail should be sent within 30 days of the purchase date.

The following items cannot be refunded:
- Rented items
- Consulting and training hours that were delivered
- Usage of our online platform
